Ashwatthama (the elephant) is dead

So said Yudhishthira to Dronacharya, when the latter asked his trustworthy pupil (and foe) if what Bhimasena had bellowed - I have killed Ashwatthama - was true. For Ashwatthama was his dear son’s name.

While technically Yudhishthira hadn’t lied - Bhima had brought his mace down on an elephant named Ashwatthama - he had deliberately lowered his voice when he uttered (the elephant). All of this done to fool his guru Dronacharya into believing his son was dead. And thus lay down his arms.

Re: Ashwatthama (the elephant) is dead

At that instant, Yudhishthira's chariot, which heretofore was flying a few inches above the ground, came crashing to the ground. It no longer enjoyed the exalted status.

The 65-day moving average, like Yudhishthira's chariot, has been a few points above the 200 - day moving average for the last several months - which in Wall streets timescale is equivalent to forever. What will it take to bring the Market's chariot come crashing to the ground. Where is the next Ashwatthama (the elephant) lurking?

Re: Ashwatthama (the elephant) is dead

Looks like Ashwatthama made an appearance last two days. The pundints will give you all sorts of splanasuns

Geopolitical
Europe slowdown
Fed stopping bond purchase
Strong economy leading to raising of interest rates
Portuguese bank
Not so round rotis.

What they won't tell is there was an Ashwatthama sighting.
