Madhuri is far better when it comes to her acting skills .. and looks wise I think Aishwarya Rai is better of the two.

maduri is better in acting..she's been through alot and knows alot..ash on da other hand is alright...but she doesnt act that well, still needs to learn alot..shes mainly there for her looks

Both .. have their own class and skill ... something or someone is only compared if the two things have similar qualities and attributes .

these two .. are .. top in their own league ...one in acting and the other in fame ... plus both of them are in their own eras .. Madhuri was famous and classy when she was on stage all times ..whereas Ash was still a lil rough in her acting etc and she got good and now she rules.. so both i guess are good and valued ..and in their own league..
