Freddie bowled 18 continous overs and took 5 wickets. How one can wish if Shoaib could bowl 15 overs. :)

OK they are unlucky right now but do you mean to say that the current status of the Ashes (2-1) is because of their bad luck. Well FYI if you want to beat the world champs, you have to perform 100% and along with that you need some luck. Alot of times team failed to beat australia because they ran out of luck.
As far as performance is concerned, how can you explain failure of Aussie in the last 9 innings to cross 400 runs when england has done the same on atlast 3 occasions. The bottom line is that it has been a closely contested series. England has not outclassed australia through out but you dont need to outclass your opposition to win. You just need to play better cricket and England did that. Even if they won 2 test matches with close margins, still credit should be given to them. How many times we have seen Australia coming from behind and beating you when you have least expected. Atleast it didn’t happen here. Why? Because England played better cricket. I don’t understand how any one can expect some one to beat Aussies by 10 wickets or by innings defeat or 200-300 margin. They are aussies who ruthlessly ruled the cricket world for some many years. When someone is as best as Auusies were, you just have to be at your very best to beat them and at the same time need some luck.
