think he is completely off the mark but then his point of view, which is shared by other pakhtun nationalists needs to be listened to and explored. a lot of pakhtun natonalists fear this militancy issueis being used to keep them back - personally i dont think how anyone even the army or isi can benefit from militancy in their areas. at times i think the ethnic cad is valid but at this time it just does not make sense. i dont see how any elitist could benefit from militancy.
i think the miliancy is way out of control and linked to outside forces more than internal forces.
