^ exactly...molds are also another example. The organisms that divide in tremendous amount, those are basically asexual organisms. I think jelly fish is one example too...but not sure..i read it somehwere ..

The process of asexual reproduction is called parthenogenesis. It is very interesting to note that some parthenogenes can opt to reproduce sexually or asexually. Some examples: some bees, ants, aphids, a kind of lizard and single cell organisms.
