You look thinner than 149 pounds and like eastern said, younger too, in the after pic. I don’t know why they say people look older when they’re thinner rather than they are chubbier. It’s not true in your case and most people i’ve seen. Good luck and stay strong.

GG, I have dense bones so I have always weighed more then I look lol
And for the before picture I had out a lot of make up onwhich I don’t do in regular life, make up also makes me look older. However because of the healthy changes I did in my diet my skin has improved a lot, no more black heads and pimple at weird places lol. Also my hair are more healthier then before.
