I don't see what's so special about this. The first Dead to Rights was also definitely a game for mature audiences.

I dont know why but the scene in the pic looks quite similar to Resident Evil or may be I am confusing it . ..

It just looks like fighting on the streets. It's similar to what they had in the original Dead to Rights. If you replaced the people with zombies, then it would fit right into a Resident Evil game.
