In the leaflet I got from my daughter's school it was written that if you have any issues with the school talk with the principal instead of spreading bad words about the school. So you can also specifically mentioned about the officer with whom parents should contact in case of any issue or dispute.
It was also written there that school fee will increase by a certain % range every year so that the school may avoid any unpleasant situation upon increase in school fee.

food guidelines for lunches.....in case you need to restrict nuts and shellfish.
