They’ve been playing a promo for the film “Godfather” (right, incredibly original name). Its a joint Indian-Pakistani film.
ARY Films is behind it.
I guess its becoming lucrative business for the TV giants to dabble in film.

the producer behind it, aslam bhatti is a big gold smugler of dubai and has close ties with ibrahim dawood, hes also acting in this film.

they came up with yeh dil apka huwa in 2001 and pehla pehla pyare in 2005.

geo looks liek they are gona counter ary by releasing there second film this year on the same day as godfather, eid, a punjabi film titled 'mohubatein saachiyan' staring babrik shiek and veena malik.
