Guys, the latest news is ARY is coming to DISH Network in March. Their grand premier launch will include India’s tour of Pakistan. :k:

Oh boy. Prime must be peeing in the pants right now. I bet their membership will drop significantly. I'll be the first one.
Prime had years to prepare for this day. It's their own fault they never did anything to improve their standard.
Now they will face the wrath of TV Ratings and viewership like every other station in the United States of America.

well that's good news. I don't think i'm gonna cancel my subscription with prime with ary around. We must support our media. The more channel we have the stronger our hold. NVM if some of them suck. Quantity counts these days.
there's never anything confirmed no matter what some website says, until we see the channels with our own two eyes, we won't believe any of this.
A friend of mine (LM uncle) talked these kelly people, who supposedly are incharge of the international programming for Dish, and they said that nothing is confirmed, but ARY is expected to launch in March.
and we had previously heard (based on some ad in an Urdu newspaper) that Feb. 25 would be Geo TV's launch date so it's wrong again I'm sure.
2 more days for this Geo TV showtime on Dish :p

About blahdy time too - I don't believe you guys have put up with PTV for as long as you have :s
We initially subscribed to ARY for the cricket, but everything about it is miles better than the crap PTV churns out, so ARY has become a rather permanent fixture on out telly. But their ads are totally crap … and they keep repeating the India V Pak advert (as though there isn’t enough hype about it already!).
i have a feeling we'll all be disappointed again on February 25.
