Even if we go by the issue of not registering copyrights in Pakistan, but then you can not sell your products in a country which has those trademarks, nor can you perform it, nor can you get any commercial benefit from it.

Absolutely. I am pretty sure the laws are clear that if ARY or GEO show/transmit copyrighted music on their channels that are broadcast in the US, they can be sued for copyright infringements, unless they are paying royalties to the recording studios that own the copyrights. My earlier response (although it was more an educated guess than anything) was incorrectly focused only over television tranmission INSIDE Pakistan.
