I know there is Arvi gosht which I made today.
Turned out good.
Is there any other way Arvi can be cooked???
Thankyou.

Re: A'rvi/A'rbi
jee sajal mein ghost ke bagair Arvi is tareeqy say pakati hoon.
Arvi ko cheel ker french fries ki tarah kaat lain.phir dho ker fry ker lain.
Pan mai oil dal ker tamatoes kaat ker dalian. Toamatoes thoray ziayada hon, bhoon ker kuti hooi red chilli, zeera, dhania aur namak dalain.
masaala tiyaar ho jaay tou us mai fry ki hooi Arvi dal ker bhoon lain.phir 15 min tak kam aanch per rakhain.
Try kerain. mazay ki banti hay.

ek dafa bohat saal pehlay arvi cheelnay kay bad mere dono hands aur arms
mai bohat zabardast kisam ki itching hue thi burning k sath. Aur I think it lasted for over an hour. May be you are allergic to it and guess I was too that day.

Re: A'rvi/A'rbi
I love Arbi or kachalooo
Re: A’rvi/A’rbi
arvi and baingun bhujia turns out really yumm cos they can both get so gooey ![]()
Re: A'rvi/A'rbi
Oh I don't really care for Arvi that much either.
The only reason I got it, that was the only
vegetable available at the desi store. I was like what the heck. Let's get it. But it turned out sooo yummy and I was extermly hungry too
when I had it for lunch yesterday.
And thanks for those other ideas guys.
Re: A'rvi/A'rbi
usually people get icthing problem after peeling arvi.i too get this problem so i wear gloves when i peel arvi .
Sajal i too make arvi like eeman style but little differant, that i first fry zeera and ajwain in oil and than add frenchfries like cutted arvi to it fry it and than add salt, red chilies powder and a pinch of heldi, ook for few min and then add khoob sarai tomatoes in it and little khatai power.it taste so yummy u can cutt arvi like warqi style too .add always add salt to arvi after peeling and cutting it and leave for 10 min and then wash them so it dont stick while cooking.
Re: A’rvi/A’rbi
I love Aarvie gosht
will have to think about trying the other recipe but I’m not a big fan of frying.
Does anyone have the eggplant+arvi recipe?
