When you say artistic city, do you mean the layout of that city, how scenic it is, or how many art museum is has, or how many artistic structures it has?

i have lived in Toronto and i find it quite artistic of layout overall

Vienna , then Vatican city for oldest church , n but the cites i love the most is London , Zurich and Last 1 is New Jersey . U can find tons of pictures google it urself :)
