I'm not sure, but why don't you try cutting it out for a few weeks and see what difference it makes? I know easier said than done.....I hear so much benefits to quitting artificial sweeteners but it's hard to quit.

Great question, some research out there ongoing about this.

I guess there is a reason why Allah says in the Quran to eat what is natural of the earth.
