Where can I purchase really good quality gold plated jewelry in Chicago? I need a new gold set for a one-time occasion, and don’t want to bust the bank on it since I probably won’t wear it more than once or twice.

Obviously it should look realistic, I may as well splurge for this occasion if the aunties can spot it a mile away

AND you can get sets to match each outfit because they are cheap!! W/ real sets, you only have so many to choose from unless you are super rich and can afford to buy a new real gold set w/ each outfit.

Well these fakes ones are really cheap either.
The ones I saw in Iselin NJ were about 150- 400.00
But they were silver with gold plating - and look very original and very beautiful
some of them even use real stones to make them look classier.

Amana, there are plenty of shops on Devon street that sell fake stuff. You can park either before Western or after it on Devon and there is a whole slew of blocks to browse shops through. Feel free to PM me if you need any other help, i live not too far away from there.

I've seen pretty artificial kundan sets. One used rubies and garnet I believe with kundan. This was in NJ. It was amazing.

Devon is the place where you can find anything you want, name it, its there... i lived in chicago for 25 yrs...
