what do you mean 2-3 times KKF?
ammi had these shots way more than this amount with no adverse effects.....

the treatment of arthritis is a - 1- loss weight,2- painkillers 3- steroid injections(can have many as long as it works), 4- when nothing works then knee replacement. she would need a new x ray of her knees if she has not had one in 1-2yrs.
