Been thinking of making a how-to sort of a video on what I do to make the urdu calligraphy (if you can call it that) that i make often. If you search Canvas for my threads you’ll come across a few :slight_smile:

Soooo here goes. I’ll be making another video soon explaining the rules of this type of digital calligraphy that i do.

Space was not sufficient… Artist liberally used unconventional approach…

Jang Akhbar main apnay kabhi aesa nahi dekha… :hmmm:

I understand that but is it necessary to alter the original alphabet in a way that it is difficult to identify?

It looks great but at first glance I didn’t know it was a bay.How about if laam is extended a bit so that bay is surrounded by laam :hmmm:

Microbian lol yes all valid concerns. So as per your recommendations i have re-worked the image a bit, here is another revision. I will be posting a video later today inshallah where i’ll talk about the two basic rules that i employ to create this, and because of those rules you sometimes have to violate some of the characters :smiley: Like mahool said, kabhi jang akhbar may aisa nahi dekha? :hehe:
