Re: Arshad5 and Kazi report here..

:) a detached house it is..

Re: Arshad5 and Kazi report here..

well the city is always expensive…but isnt the suburbs a better place to raise a family. (just curious):halo:

Re: Arshad5 and Kazi report here..

Angel Eyes> where u from then?

Re: Arshad5 and Kazi report here..

There are not many detached buildings in Islington, being an old part of the town....most of the properties are terraced.

Re: Arshad5 and Kazi report here..

The prices he was giving WERE the suburbs. The city itself is much more expensive!

Re: Arshad5 and Kazi report here..

it’s no wonder brits live in old houses as oppose to brand new ones!! u have to be loaded to buy a custom built home :bummer:

Re: Arshad5 and Kazi report here..

Yes true and one day I will move to the suburbs. At the moment I just love urban living. I got everything on my doorsteps and I am close to the city.

Re: Arshad5 and Kazi report here..

The suburbs are cheaper but the funny thing is that the ones with the money want to live central, especially young upwardly mobile professionals. We love our old houses. Old houses are worth more than new houses.

My sister bought a 2 bedroom flat a couple of years ago for £350,000.
