i don’t share your point of view…i think ariving immigrants usually keep a low profile, and try to fit in the society, though keeping their own traditions well alive. on the other hand second generation i the most abusive…just look at what happened recently here (i mean france)…it was second generation guys who rioted in french suburbs!! few of this second generation immigrants is abusing, cause they know that with their french nationality they can’t be thrown out of the country…so they do anything wrong they can do…

those riots started because of french police because they killed 2 arab young guys then the anger grew evrwhere in france that wasnt the 2nd generations fault

This is of course nothing compared to the sick child molester ring that was busted in France a year and a half ago (200 people if i remember correctly). This is nothing compared to the french pair that would stalk girls and rape them. Plus all these people were white frenchies. They weren't immigrants.
Lets be sane shall we? There are bad eggs and there are good eggs in each community. The difference is that the bad eggs in immigrant societies are exposed more often because everybody in europe is turning into a racist bigot. In the past 5 years 5 RACIST FAR RIGHT RADICAL PARTIES have won elections in a large numbers through out europe. Austria, Holland, Denmark, Switzerland, France etc.
As a frenchie i bet you were surprised when Le Pen came in as number two during the elections? Le Pen has continued to grown in popularity since then.
Immigrants are the problem. The problem are those who wish to keep immigrants out unless they are certain specific categories of people. Rich, westernized, secular etc.

sorry but all i hear around me...as i'm french and white, people are not shy to make racist comments around ..and i can tell you without hesitation than second generation immigrants are making a lot worst name to "colored" people than their quiet parents:D

I honestly don't care for what religion/ethnicity or race you come from. Europe is becoming a racist society once again. Anybody who is a minority can openly see this.
But back to Immigrants. What are these immigrants doing that so wrong? List what specifically the immigrant population is responsible for?
And Le Pen is the most popular politician in France. He nearly won the election a couple of years ago. He is a racist and could easily classify as a nazi.

It's a viscious cycle. People with lack of education come to a 'racist' country. They can't find jobs, live in sketchy parts of town, get welfare, can't assimilate, isolate themselves and don't learn the language. Then they are in return feared, isolated, ignored and discriminated against by the majority of that country.
Canada has a cultural mosaic where all cultures are valued and unique. But America is a melting pot where all cultures meld to form this New World. What is the deal with Europe?

if you had some knowledge about humans you would know that they tend to compete for WEALTH and FEMALES:D…
so in any given society the rule, told or untold, or even covered under a big layer of moral and religion…the aim of life i told u is to become rich and have many healthy children.
as wealth is limited by natural factors on this planet: i mean gold, oil, any mineral, but also food or clean water, are FINITE ressources, then every human is competing to try to get a share, as big as possible!
by doing so everyone is “hoping” that others will have smaller shares, so that he can become richer…even if you pretend to help the poor, if you strive to stay rich, you’re actually helping poors to stay poor:D…
so back to immigrants, why are immigrants feared by everyon in every socity on this planet??? exaclty because they are additoinal competitors for wealth, and also for females (they like exotic looks:D, it is natural…cause it brings fresh new blood! and genetically it is very good:cb:)…so autochtones will try everythig to bring immigrants down so that they can downplay the competition…

saimanyc i would suggest you read up on Canada’s history with the forced extraction of children from the homes of aborigines so that they could grow up to be white. There is a deep seeded malise in canadian society that doesn’t come up openly. Canada’s history with racism is just as bad as the United States. Sadly it still continues in certain provinces in Canada. There are stilll laws in effect which discriminate against minorities. The fact that they haven’t been used in the past 20 years doesn’t mean they can’t be.
parissenoor then just answer one question. In the last general election in france why was the election between Le Pen and Chirac? Secondly the French law on the Hijab is a violation of the rights of minorities, a violation of the EU Constitution, the Universal Declaration on Human Rights, and the political rights of Women.
French society is extremely racist. The only society i know here people from africa are still referred to as “black feet”. The only one it doesn’t compare with is Polish, where being called a jew is an insult to this day.
Blame immigrants all you want. But the fact is simple. French society could not function without immigrants. On to your points. Simplistic but accurate. Immigrants are blamed for taking “white collar” jobs. Not the job of the sweeper or the servant. Europe has no problem if Immigrants come to clean the streets and serve them food. They have a problem when immigrants come to take away the job of a International banker.
Its ok for immigrants to have low paying uneducated jobs the average french man will never do. But once the immigrants wants something equal to what every human being deserves, they start complaining.
But that does not answer my question. Yourself and the French Prince said that second generation immigrants are making life hell for everybody. What is it they are doing that is making life hell for everybody? I certainly don’t think you can blame second generation immigrants for wanting a good job and a good life. That is only natural.
The problem people have in such a scenerio is that if an american takes a french job it is more acceptible than an arab taking it. That is an underlying sense of racism that permeates through European Society.

hey hey grumpy you dont get what i mean!! you are right french is a racist society and ure post is almost 100 percent true about france but i was talking about the immigratns that are arriving these days those that get married or any other reason those people aren't acting that well they're taking dangerous actions and putting up a bad name for "ghair" societies
