Ingredients:
2 drops clary sage essential oil
2 drops ylang ylang essential oil
1 drop jasmine absolute
Combine the oils together in a small vial and allow to rest for a few days. To use, you can simply draw a warm bath, place the oil into the tub and swish very vigorously to disperse the oils before getting into the tub.Be sure to use high quality 100% pure oils for the best and most enjoyable results.An alternative to adding the oils directly to the bath water is to first dilute them so that you minimize the chances of skin irritation. To do this, just dilute the oil blend first in about a cup of whole milk or fresh whipping cream.While in the tub, take deep long breaths and exhale slowly as you relax, release tension and feel refreshed. wow its a great idea...but that's just way to much work....i'm lazy! I buy the bath salts instead...and they are pretty good!
