Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy, the use of fragrance as a therapeutic agent, is becoming a popular method of treating certain ailments.

For instance, lavendar and chamomile have a calming effect and are known to relieve stress.

We use Lavender on the pillows or burn it with candle - soothes you and you are able to sleep easlily...
