Anyone use aromatherapy oils? I would like to know how to use a variety of oils. Currently I use Chamomile, Lavender, Tea Tree and Eucalyptus…Oh and when I can lay my hands on Tangerine Oil
I would like to know which oils and how you use them please.

ive used tea oil......i dont feel much different...i guess its coz i only used it once...and not tried it now and then

U should go to newdirections.com.au they have a huge assortment of oils and will answer any questions you may have about certain oils. I've tried them and they are really good.

hayatkhans-aromatherapy oils are usually used for massage, or with bath, or simply placed in a burner and the aroma gives certain propertis...eg to relax, to energise, and so many more that i am trying to get.

i was given the oils as a gift, personally i enjoyed the bergamot oil. i found it really good. I suggest go to ww.newdirections.com.au and have a look at their range and they got info about all the oils. just send them an email if u got any questions they are really professional.
