Zero one, i know exactly what your qualms are (because of that whole 'religion' issue and the military leader who enforced it, lets not get into the details of that) but there are incidents where TOP military personnel have been tried. Remember Admiral Mansool-ul-Hassan? He was brought back to Pakistan and tried!
Forget any leaders, we want the restored CJ to act against anyone who may have comitted irregularities.
