I dont under all this shoor sharaba on US BILL, passed in US on HOW THEY want to spend THEIR money. Its not a UN resolution that we have to obey. We have option DONT TAKE THE AID simple is that.
Its quiet simple. Even in real life, if some bagger ask for money for medicines, i tell him/her to get me the name of dawieee and I'll buy you medicines but I am not giving you money. He then have a choice to either give me the name of medicine OR go to the next person to ask for money. Guys its not a LOAN its a AID.
We have a choice too... either take the AID and obey the terms or pick up our kashkool and move to next country to ask for bheek.
