So army wants its pimps to carry out affairs of Pakistan according to their wishes. Nowhere in the Democratic world is so problematic country like Pakistan. This kind of nonsense though started soon after partition but solid foundation was laid in 1977 when a mardood dictator removed legally elected government and hanged its leader in a false murder case. Surprising the people who helped him are now facing the same dilemma what they orchestrated 43 years ago to side with mardood general to topple legally elected government. They must be realizing the pain of people 37 years ago they had created, going through the same by themselves now.
People of Punjab if they really elected PML(N), should come out on the streets against this illegal intervention by the army. Or accept their fate once again humiliated, disgraced and stupids to be ruled and dictated by military rulers. Shame on them.
**SLAMABAD: Chief of the Pakistan Muslim League – Quaid (PML-Q) Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said the army had given a 48 hour ultimatum to the prime minister.
** Speaking to DawnNews in an interview, Shujaat said that preparations were under way to hold a referendum for the formation of a national government.
**The PML-Q chief said that the army was against Nawaz, adding that the prime minister had opened far too many fronts with the armed forces.

**Shujaat added that no one will back down from the demand of the registration of cases against the Sharif brothers and other PML-N leaders over the Model Town tragedy.

**He said the protesters were not going anywhere and would only leave once the prime minister resigns.

Shujaat’s statement comes a day after the army said it didn’t want to intervene in the political crisis which has developed as a result of the protests led by Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf and Pakistan Awami Tehreek.
Although both parties had begun to hold dialogue with the government, PTI has formally called off the talks and PAT chief Tahirul Qadri has vowed to continue the protests until his demands are met.

This guy has always loyal to his military masters and informer of political activities since decades. Since no clarification has been given by ISPR about this, I consider this is a real threat to NS and his government.

What does national govt mean?
People formed by open "selection" instead of hidden selection (meaning votes) :D, but ministries are distributed amongst different parties instead of "majority".

I am not sure who actually will do it, probably done under supervision of army/Joint-Security-Council... I am sure 'experts' here can elaborate further on that, but that is what "National government" means, that all parties are given some part in the government.
