well done Aitzaz. this should not apply to civilians - except for those part of Taliban, etc.
Why should military law be used against Taliban? If the problem is that our civil law system is not strict enough, then that system should be overhauled so that is has fewer loopholes.
Taliban are scum like murderers and rapists, and should be dealt with through the same legal process as them.
