any suggestions on how to tone one’s arms (upper particularly)
make them “skinnier” and proportional :hmmm:

pilates pilates pilates :smiley:

and weight lifting.

if by upper arm u mean the whole upper part which includes the bicep and tricep area of the arm, then as kali billi said, bicep curls and triceps pull down are effective… give it enough rest after ur workout.. and try not doing bicep and tricep exercises on the same day.. also, dont overtrain either. Last but not the least… pray!..ask Allah for proportional and skinner arms..u never know this might actually work.

but i want to tone them, we dont hv the skiny arms in our family i guess, and its hardest to lose weight there whenever i gain some:halo:

Free weights are awesome, love them! Get some 3lb, 5lb and 10 - 12lb dumb bells at home and just do them while you're watching TV in the evening.
