This is empty rhetoric on both sides. I don’t think there are going to be any surgical strikes. The present govt. in India lacks the political will or strength to take such a decision.

You forgeting the sher fear of retaliation, Remember 2002 how every Tom Dick and Harry was scrambling to vacate India…
