Arm jiggle

I’m 123 pounds but I still have flab ridden arms!!! They still jiggle when I say hi bye. It doesn’t make any sense to me because we say that it’s overall body weight loss but my trouble spots are my tummy and arms and the fat from everywhere else is reduced except the arms and tummy. And ab exercises and arm exercises won’t do anything is what is said since you can’t do spot reductions. It doesn’t work that way so I don’t know what else to do.

Trouble spots are always tummy, butt, thighs etc. To burn the fat, you have to go with Aerobic exercise. Remember Crunches, Abs Exercise is for those who have minor fats on their tummy. Start jogging with empty stomach in the the evening, take light dinner, no sugar, no oily things and you will start getting result after 3rd week.

If the overall body fat loss is supposed to be even throughout the body and not specific to any spot, then logically I shouldn't have thick arms and tummy. Running and jogging is one of my most hated exercises. They just give exercise a bad name. Do you think speed walking would have the same effect?

even if I stop saying hi bye, the flab would still be on my arms duh

Any exercise will help. Fast walking and running burn pretty similar calories if you cover the same distance.
Do some Pilates or resistance exercises to improve muscle tone.

In this case, I recommend you taking a brisk 40-minute walk before breakfast every morning. This way, there is nothing in your stomach for your body to burn as fuel so it will go straight into fat burning mode.
You don't have to walk- you can do anything just as long as you break into a light sweat while you are doing it.

I would say start lifting.. Tone your arms.. Weights will firm them up real fast

**Alright here’s the lowdown:

when you lose weight, you lose fat. This leaves you with lose skin I.e: jiggle.

The “correct” toning exercises will tighten, strengthen bring in and shape up whichever body part you choose to work out. Like a ballerina.

The “incorrect” exercises such as aerobic or weights, will bulk up your arm and build strength, like your aerobics instructor.

Myth: You can’t change your body shape solely through exercise.

Low carbs or no carbs, or hunger, helps increase effectiveness.

If you choose to go down this route, make sure you eat LOTS of greens, nuts , vegetables, keep up your nutrition…

lily Aldridge also has a good ballet based program although it is effective, it is not as thorough , and doesn’t focus on the arms enough.
