Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone knew any great exercises to help reduce the size of my arms? See, I already am a size small but don’t wear short sleeves because my arms for some reason are huge. What can I do to reduce its size without adding bulk or muscle? I don’t want to end up looking like a wrestler but just have smaller arms..its the upper arms that are a major problem. Thanks for any help/tips or advice.

You can not just target one part of your body without working out the rest. If your arms are big... in order to slim them you need to burn fat. To burn fat you need to start a cardio regimen (nothing intense since you are already small). Do some weight lifting as well...concentrating on your arms (ie biceps, triceps, deltoids etc). This will not only burn the fat around your arms but will help you acheive more slimmer, toner arms.
Dont worry about adding bulk...women can not add bulk by lifting weights. They are not genetically made that way unless you are taking drugs to add mass.
I also recommend adding pilates to your workout regimen. This will help you achieve long lean muscle/tone.
