A passive aggressive individual doesn’t exhibit outward anger or appear malicious. At first glance, the behavior appears to be unassuming, gracious and benevolent; hence the term “Passive-Aggressive”.

While they view anyone they consider to be in a position of power or authority with respect, they also project their resentments, frustrations and anger onto these very same people. Since their self concept includes poor self esteem, almost everyone else is a person of power or authority.

A passive aggressive person is often prone to make sarcastic comments, offer condescending opinions, and blame others for their own shortcomings.

Passive aggressive people often feel themselves to be oppressed by others. According to them, they are the innocent victims of other’s unfair treatments. The matter gets even worse when they find people around them upset because of their behavior.

Passive aggressive people are not bad all they need is someone who is willing to listen to them rather busy in their "me me" banter.

^ We have a lot of people at work who smile and act all nice when someone is being unreasonable with them and then later on you can see them cursing away in the corner ... People laugh but it is common problem ... and not one that should be ridiculed ...
