It is true that overweightness and obesity is one of the basic cause of all the basic disease and Pakistan is the lucky country which does not have fat people because it most of population is suffering from malnutrition.

Or may be they stick to gender roles still & family gets home cooked meal everyday eliminating junk food from life once & for all.
