Re: Are you happy with your profession?
Im happy with my field of work ... Animation , Visual Fx, Graphic Design, Programing, Game Development, computer & blah blah ... and i like to keep upgrading in many related fields..
My personal thought ::: People are not happy in there jobs bcz they do wat they just learn .. they don't do xtra research
im feelin so lucky .. even thought i haven't study after college ... i just jump into what i like..
but i wish i have studied micro-electronics so that i have better understand of IOIOIOIOIOIOIIIIOOOIOIOI
Re: Are you happy with your profession?
No
Re: Are you happy with your profession?
i like what I do, its always the same complaints I suppose, more money, less politics, more resources etc. But they are part and parcel of everything.
Re: Are you happy with your profession?
yeah i guess.someday i will become something
I am studying in a medical-related field and NO I do not like it one bit and I havent even started work .. So my hope is I like the work more than the study!
Some times I do wonder if I studied something I really enjoyed, I dont know what tht would be, but you know those people who just have a passion for their field .. Now if I had that passion I think I would indeed be awesome :p .. because I hate my study and I am doing quite well still haha.. ok just blabering. Being humble from now on :p
Hi Poppies, im glad to hear you are enjoying ur profession
I have also thought about doing something in the lines of this profession, it does sound really interesting…
Re: Are you happy with your profession?
I guess "not happy with profession" means "I am worth more than the amount of money I am making"?!
As far as "interest" is concerned, I believe one can find interest in any profession or subject.
Re: Are you happy with your profession?
WOW people?! Why are you in your profession if you don't like it? Did you guys not do any internships/research before you paid big bucks for that degree in school.
I, for one, Alhamdulillah am very happy with my profession. You should do what you're interested in, and make sure you do internships and talk to people who're already in the profession before jumping in. I'm in medicine and so is my sister- she LOVES her job m'A and I think it's the best decision I ever made. I had an awesome job before medical school in banking which my parents and relatives had urged me to keep, get married blah blah but I couldn't see myself working there 20 years from now. Anyways good luck =)
