I miss my breakfast very often. I make it up other times. I usually have bowl of cereal, waffles, or chai with russ! :D

I always have breakfast ...unless i'm REALLY running late for work.

I mix and match... I have about 6/7 different cereals in the kitchen cupboard... I mix the cereals up to keep things interesting... meusli with nuts and dried fruit, with a bit of bran and fruit youghurt and milk etc... or have weetbix with some other cereal, oats, sultana bran etc. etc.

OR I'll have two slices of toast with plum jam and that spread thats supposed to lower your cholestrol absorption with wholegrain bread and a glass of skim milk.

Later at work I have coffee. followed by a couple of cans of pepsi max during the day... I'm seriously addicted to caffeine and feel I cannot function properly if I dont have it. Which is not good.
