There is a difference between "allowed to" and "want to". When talking in a religious context, "allowed to" means you are asking if there is any religious prohibition for muslim women to slaughter chicken. The simple answer is that I am not aware of any.
If, however, your question is whether we know of any muslim woman, who will slaughter chicken... the answer is yes. Once. There are not many, because the need rarely arises, anyway.

Basically I am more concerned about whether women are allowed to :) Thanks for your opinion :)
