Are you saying that the US would not favour IK? 3 things to note 1) biggest supporters of the US is Pak Army which is backing the 2 stooges 2) Th US has lost the war in Afghanistan and now the war will be fought through CIA and ISI and not Centcom. 3) US does not have a 3 years horizon it looks 10 and 20 years ahead so Afghanistan war is of little significance.

if the army was behind the two stooges they would have wrapped the system they don’t need any ones approval. Fact of the matter being the us can deal with the two parties with which they have dealt before and those suit the army too.
