The system has failed balochistan, fata and interior Sindh. It definitely needs overhauling, the present system is not working. We need to ask us though, how will it be reformed? Does it suit PMLN and PPP to reform it?

well u know, its like going for an over haul, led masses behind you and banging against a concrete wall… because there’s no WALKTHROUGH to actually follow through.

It might be the first time but we need to start thinking out of the box.
