Re: Are tombs permitted?
In my opinion, there is no requirement nor a need of tombs according to the Quran since the Scriptorial rhetoric (not talking about Hadith) is that "We know what the Earth takes of them": Those who claim "howcome when we have died and become dust?" in the Text of Qoph/Qaaf ('Qaaf' inferring that the reader stop and think/reflect)
It is a person's deeds that are important, not that person's tomb/remains since they WILL become dust according to the set of Divine laws, regardless of what traditional literature says about bodies of saints being preserved till the day of purging (yaum al qiyaamah).
