what about Iran -Iraq war and iraq - Kuwait war , who's shaheed ??????
what about america - iraq war , who's shaeed ????
what about palastines suicide bombers and people actually killed by israeli firing , whos shaeed????
what about pakistanis dying to get kashmir , are they shaeed ???? ( coz war on the kasmeer is not a jihad for pakis its only for water issues and nothing more.

It is not definate that when 2 muslims fight who is shaheed ...or if both r not shaheed or if both r shaheed...
A-If one country(muslims though) action is aginst the benefit of ummah then i think the other country which is fighting for the benefit for the ummah then the second country men r shahhed....
B-If both r fighting for reasons other then islam ....both r not..
C-If both islamic countries/groups r fighting for islam according to thier ijtihad then both r shahhed as was the case in JAMMAL and SUFFAIN war....
2-America -Iraq
It is obvious i this case..

Of course mujahadeen r shaheds.......normally
In al these cases we have discussed the general issue......apparent one ..otherwise it is the matter of individuals niyyat which matter the most ...

if two muslim countries are fighting and one is getting help by kafar's country then the one who is getting kafar help is not on right side. that mean not shaheed. in islam you can't help kafar attack muslim country.

lets say A and B are fighint and B is getitgn help from C
where A and B are islamic nation and C is the Kafir one.
So what if A attacked B to get its land and B just asked help and C responded fro the help .
now whos side will be considered shaheed :)

whosoever is fighting with the intention of helping the cause of Islam and Muslims and dies in the process is a shaheed....
according to a saheeh hadith it is reported that some people who die in a jihad r not shaheed cuz they were not seeking Allah's pleasure but only fame in this world....
and such ppl will be told on the judgement day that u received what u wished and u have no reward today....

I have some questions please....
What if A for its political gain makes B look bad infront of the wolrd but behind the back they were working with the C or even better E?
And why would B in the first palce would get together with A and later create hostilty?
Should B's Islamic identity be questioned or its lack of diplomacy?
Now B got nothing neither fame nor any material gain for that situation unlike A?
