Even if they are holding hands. My question is so what? Apparently from the looks of it, president Bush doesn't mind and neither does the lady! So who are we to talk about someone's own beliefs. She is responsible for her own aamal not us!

Look at the angle the hand (supposedly the woman's) is at. If you go according to that angle, I believe the woman's elbow would have to be near her waist. That's not possible. Even if it is, then I guess she has an abnormally long hand.
My guess, its a kid's hand and you can't see the kid.
