My hubby went to my tailor today to have my clothes stitched but he only gave him shirts for now because the tailor hasn't heard of the cigar pants he is talking about the palazzos which i don't want. These cigar pants are they straight? How many inches wide should they be approx?

Those seem to be around 6-8 inches wide at the bottom (ones you posted). If you have skinny legs then go with 6 otherwise atleast 8. You would also need to provide knee and shin measurements to have a good fit.
