Well if you pay attention atleast Salman had 3-4 years long relationship with all his gfs and i am afraid nobody can be following around or playing a gimmick for this long.
The ones that happen for publicity or to hype up a movie could be like shahid-priyankas but i even doubt that. I think more of that happened in past not anymore.
As for kareena, i dont know really but its super strange how just 2 months b4 the breakup she sat on kwk with her ex-bf and was talking abt marriage n whatnot and i am afraid she had actually already started dating saif at that time. So yah i dont know what kinda people they are. But anyway,....

kareena is an attention seeker and i think shahid is better without her she looked like his mum esp when they first started dating.

i heard a few days back, kareena had likeness for amir khan's nephew imran after watching jane tu ya jane na..just like she fell for shahid after watching ishq wishq.

it's not just celebrities, you will find many real life couples who go partner hopping for several reasons. why bother our pretty lil heads over their countless affairs.
