no its not. the steel thing is called a pandaan which a lot of muhajirs especially elderly walay have. and yes karachi walay eat a lot of paan :/

its not so bad... once every year or so. tho i dont chew for ages, i eat it in one go

she said its a must in every house in karachi, which is untrue. Not everyone in karachi owns one and eat paan. Its just a sect of people who do it.
