I just wanted to ask is it allowed to mods to do that?
Like telling a member that so and so got infractions/warnings for so and so post?

Answer is no, but there are always exceptions. An unless you tell me exactly what you are referring to, I would not be able to answer any followup questions.
I thought that infraction points are visible to all anyways

I would like to know what exceptions are there to this rule.
Recently a certain member kept repeating in public that another certain member got warnings. So unless a moderator told that certain repeatng member, how would that member know that someone got a warning?
That is why I ask this question, whether mods are allowed to tell to other members, and then those members are allowed to further advertise it in public.

No seriously I did not know that. No where I claimed on GS that I am technically knowledgeable. So I learned something today.
You can report that member's post who is talking about other people's warning. Mods will deal with the report accordingly
If Infraction was issued because a pmember reported a personal attack, then as a followup to his/her report, Mods could inform that person that a warning was issued to the violator.

Dont see any any threatening posts in this thread although some posts here are very provocative. The mods have to try to keep this place a fun place for all members (according to their abilities), a thankless job. If the members follow the rules there wouldn't be the need to issue infractions or ban members in any case.

The moderators are not supposed to tell members about the infractions of other members. Members can easily see which members have got infractions by a cursory glance on their profile. Simply don't repeat the mistakes which result in infractions. It's not a rocket science to figure out the multis as well.
