I was once a kid too ya know, and in my teens I had to deal with such statements from elder generation folks, and this is eactly what I said to them.
actually I used to ask them point blank if their generation had raised concerns for their elders.
The answer to this was either silence, or dont talk back to us :)
God Bless my nana jan, I butted heads with him off and on on this plus other topics. Like one time when he was saying TV is crap and root of evil in our society, and I countered that if that is so we should take tilawat, and religious programming off TV, why disrespect holy text on such bad medium, .. toilet is a filthy place, u dont take a quran there do ya? so if TV is bad why have azaan or tilawat on it.

Its more like attention seeking disrespective little brats! dont get what they want they cry. you tell them off they swear. every second word fro younsters is a foul word and they say so what?? most of them cant read a passage correctly yet when it comes to using their toungue, god forbid you should try and stop them.
There is a reason the youngsters are younger and there is a reason why they are not allowed to make any sort of judgement which matters!
all you hear these days is he does it, she does it, they are allowed, its not fairrrr, i want to, why cant i?, you are so mean, youre evil, i hate you, i cant do it, mememememememememe iiiiiiiiiiii!!!!

I often here this from grown ups that kids today are very rude and batameez and dont respect their elders like it used to happen.
