no they are not same a bit. having seen both I can say
following applies only to state schools
primary school in uk
free to all
school bag = 250 to 500 grams
basic lunch, school bags and stitionary provided by schools
special arrangements for long term ill pupil or disabled, teacher is trained for precautions, nurse visit such pupil daily in school
teachers are not allowed to punish people physically at all.
more interaction between parents and teacher
in Pk
also free of cost or nominal fee
school bag = 5 KG or more
teacher is busy knitting sweaters while sitting in classroom.
no help with books, stitionary or lunch is provided
pupils are punished harshly with sticks or slaps
no or very rare teacher to parents interaction.
no proper infrastructure, many schools are open air
a very good private school in Pak may be equal to any european state run shcool.
a posh private school in Pakistan is equal or better than private school here.
