Are European primary schools similar to Pakistani ones in some aspects?

Before you start laughing, just hear me out.

Schools in Pakistan emphasize a lot on discipline and respect. Teachers have complete control of the class and students who are upto no good are dealt with strictly. Every morning, there is an assembley where all students get in line according to their class and section. Since Pakistan is an Islamic country, there is a little prayer session, after which everyone sings the National Anthem. Schools also place a lot of importance on school uniforms, neat hair, clean cut nails and similar things. Basically group thinking is emphasized and individuality is frowned upon. Much like the military.

Obviously Pakistan didn’t invent these things, this is probably from the influence of the British and the European education system, and the values of discipline and respect that are ingrained in our culture for a long time. I was watching a documentary on Turkey and they showed almost the same things about schools over there, and the narator mentioned how they started emulating the European education system after Ata Turk came to power.

So do schools in Europe emphasize these things too (minus the prayer part obviously)?

Re: Are European primary schools similar to Pakistani ones in some aspects?

special arrangements for long term ill pupil or disabled, teacher is trained for precautions, nurse visit such pupil daily in school

teachers are not allowed to punish people physically at all.

more interaction between parents and teacher

no or very rare teacher to parents interaction.

no proper infrastructure, many schools are open air

a very good private school in Pak may be equal to any european state run shcool.

a posh private school in Pakistan is equal or better than private school here.
