Balochistan is going to have to open up economically in the future. Wether forcefully, or voluntarily is up to them…but it will have to open up eventually. Especially when you throw gawadar in the mix.
So…when that happens, this is where my question arises from. What happens when people start moving to Balochistan to the economic hotzones. What will happen to the tiny minority of ethnic Baloch (few million?!) when people from other areas of Pakistan move towards Gawadar and stay there. Perhaps, they will be phased out slowly in the process of 20-30 years. What do you think?
The Baloch are very aware of the fact that they are under threat from larger ethnic groups, and are actively trying to avoid such an outcome. And that will be enough to keep them alive.
Mush announced yesterday increased quotas and seats for Baloch students in all top schools/colleges/universities of the country with slightly relaxed eligibility conditions. Same for govt services.
^ increasing quotas may make Baloch a bit happy but I have been against quotas all around. Instead he should focus on opening schools and colleges in Baluchistan and taking them to prestigious levels. Increasing quota serves only one purpose: Political.
All ethnic and religious minorities are under threat in Pakistan. This does not mean that they will dissapear tommorow but they probably will in the future.
There are millions of ethnic Balochi people living in interior Sindh, Karachi, and southern Punjab - probably as many as do in Balochistan province itself. So id the Baloch are going to "disappear" it will only be to other parts within Pakistan.

Well you have already grabbed their entire resources, sucked their entire blood (gas) which is diminishing so rapidly and yet you are not satisfied and want to exterminate them in totality.
