Reqarding the point of ASTROFAN that all you need in life are good morales and ethics. Having good ethics and morales does not tell you how to organise all aspects of life i.e both individually and as a whole in society.
Does morales and ethics tell you how to get married? what about inhertiance laws? the rights and duties of husband and wife? do they tell you how to have sex? what about divorce?
Do morales and ethics tell how you run a business? what type a business you can have? can have shares?
Do they tell what the education system is?
Do they tell you how to look after the affairs of the people(ruling)
AND FINALLY
DIFFERENT PEOPLE HAVE DIFFERENT PRECIPTION OF WHAT IS WRONG AND RIGHT
The answers to your questions are no, with the exception of:
the rights and duties of husband and wife?
and
Do they tell you how to look after the affairs of the people(ruling)?
since both of these questions fall under the umbrella of "dealing with other people", which is an inherently ethical question.
Sure, different people have different perceptions of right and wrong - so would you thrust upon them what your perception of right and wrong is?
As for everything else, rules for marriage, divorce, education, sex, and business are arbitrary, and are decided on a culture by culture basis. These traditions fall outside the scope of morality, and a particular set of arbitrary traditions over another set isn't critical or necessary to living a life.
