lemme interject here if i may. non for namak and khaanD for sugar are Hindi words and are still very much in use in rural India.
sanDaas is also a Hindi word for a specialized type of squat toilet. in old days…a very deep and wide hole was dug in the ground with a concrete squat type of seat was constructed on top of the hole. the seat is called qadamcha [footrest]**
**those words for directions are by no means abandoned [matrook]…they are used very frequently by those whose mother tongue is Urdu.
chabootaraa is a raised square platforms built inside/outside the house [mostly outside] for folks to sit and chat…usually, no furnitures were placed there. people used to squat there…it is still found abundantly in rural India. with furniture, it’s called chaubaaraa or darvaaza or ahaata

again, kiwaaR is a Hindi word and it’s NOT a matrook word. we in the village use it 24/7. the word KUNJI is indeed a DEAD word in Urdu…but, my family still uses the word frequently in Lucknow…i believe chaabii is also a Hindi word…since Portuguese were in India so this word could have very well come from Portuguese language. 
the word by the way is “Chaubaaraa”
**sorry but laaj is once again a Hindi word and very much in use.
